Bill Balin - Vice Pres. & COO

William E. Balin [bill.balin@pipelinegroup.com] – Bill is the Vice President of the Pipeline Group. Bill has eight years of service in the One-Call/Damage Prevention Industry and holds a BS degree in Education from Geneva College. Most recently, Balin has been Manager of Marketing & Education for a state One-Call Center. In addition, he is an active member of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and has held the positions of Secretary and President in the Western Pennsylvania APWA Chapter. He is also the current chairman of the One Call Systems International education committee and is a one call representative to the Common Ground Alliance Membership, Marketing, Communications, and Educational Programs committee.
