Please accept my thanks for an excellent program here in Spokane yesterday. I have been given thorough praise for your work by our personnel who attended. They appreciate the training, the contact information and procedures, and (most certainly) the educational materials they left with. It wasn't mentioned, but I'm confident that the lunch was appreciated, too. The quality of the presentation and the attractive educational material all combine to make this an appealing training opportunity for public safety personnel. I'm not sure if you view it as a benefit, but I am confident that we'll see interest in participation by increasing numbers of personnel next year. You might need to reserve more space.

This is the 2nd time I've been to one of these. They're very educational and learning more every year. The food was out of this world. It was wonderful.
